Welcome to Section G7 of the Gateway Region, Order of the Arrow!
Section G7 is dedicated to serving our seven lodges – Anpetu-We, Black Hawk, Illinek, Illini, Nisha Kittan, Shawnee, and Woapink. These lodges serve Arrowmen in southern Missouri and southern and central Illinois. We hope you join us at each of our events!
Why You Should go to Conclave
Conclave was a fantastic event that really changed the way I viewed the OA, and really shaped me to be active in my lodge. I was amazed to see how many people turned out, and just how much energy was brought by everyone. Before Conclave I was moderately active in my lodge, but seeing how well we could execute a vision, and experiencing the satisfaction of a job well done and the responsibility fulfilled, prompted me to really think about what more I could do, and look for more ways to be involved. It was really cool to meet people from lodges around the Section and make connections I would never have had the opportunity to make. It was something I was genuinely excited to talk to kids in my troop and my friends a lot. The events were loads of fun, especially the Casino-themed dinner.

Why You Should Earn Brotherhood
You Should Earn Brotherhood because of what it represents. When your first introduced into the Order of the Arrow as an Ordeal member some of the first things you do is service. You're taught how to serve cheerfully, but earning Brotherhood represents your growth since Ordeal, how you have improved and learned. It also represents how you wen from knowing a little amount of people to having the lasting ties of Brotherhood. The idea of earning Brotherhood should inspire people to get to know there fellow Arrowman and look at the Order of the Arrow as a welcoming and exciting community. Earning Brotherhood can give you reasons to come back to Scouting/OA events. It can teach you how to reach out and confidently lead. Earning Brotherhood also proves that you're genuinely cheerful for the work you can do. It shows you want to do more and want to remain actives because you want to be there. Service is the best when its with your Brothers who also loves to serve. Brotherhood shows dedication and true understanding of the deeper meaning of the Order of the Arrow and should be achieved by Arrowmen because they're in the OA for a reason and should allow themselves the joy of participation and leadership.
